- Together with my wife I manage a dairy and dairy-beef enterprise at Fish Creek in South Gippsland, Victoria, Australia. We run a crossbred herd with a strong focus on pasture utilisation. Nuffield Australia have awarded me a 2010 Nuffield Scholarship, this blog is a photo journal of my Nuffield adventures.
